Waitlist Terms of Service

1. Waitlist Agreement

By joining the Reazy waitlist, you agree to these terms. This is a pre-launch waitlist only—no product or service is being provided at this time.

These terms apply specifically to our waitlist. Full Terms of Service will be available when Reazy launches in March 2026.

2. Email Collection & Use

By providing your email address, you consent to:

• Receiving updates about Reazy's development and launch
• Being notified when early access becomes available
• Receiving information about pricing and features
• Occasional product announcements (max 1-2 per month)

You can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

3. No Guarantees

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee:

• Access: We may limit early access to a subset of waitlist members
• Pricing: Special pricing is offered at our discretion and may change
• Features: Planned features may change based on development priorities
• Timeline: Launch dates are estimates and may be delayed

4. Founder Pricing & Early Access

Waitlist members may be offered "founder pricing" or special discounts. These offers:

• Are subject to availability and may be limited
• Will be communicated via email before launch
• May require action within a specified timeframe
• Do not constitute a binding contract until accepted and paid

Exact pricing, discount amounts, and terms will be shared with waitlist members before public launch. You are under no obligation to purchase.

5. Waitlist Management

We reserve the right to:

• Remove users from the waitlist for any reason
• Limit the total number of waitlist members
• Prioritize certain waitlist members for early access
• Close the waitlist at any time

Joining the waitlist creates no legal obligations for either party.

6. Product & Pricing Changes

Reazy is in active development. We reserve the right to:

• Modify features, functionality, and product scope
• Change pricing structure and tiers
• Delay or cancel the launch
• Pivot to a different business model

Major changes will be communicated to waitlist members via email.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials related to Reazy (including demos, screenshots, and documentation) are owned by Reazy and protected by copyright.

Waitlist members may share public information about Reazy but may not misrepresent the product or use our branding without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no financial or legal obligations. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any damages arising from waitlist participation
• We make no warranties about the product, pricing, or launch timeline
• All information is provided "as is" without guarantees

9. Data Protection

Your email and any other information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We use Resend for email delivery and store your data securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL database with enterprise-grade security). We will never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These waitlist terms are governed by the laws of Canada. However, this does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under your local laws.

International Compliance

We respect consumer protection laws worldwide. If you are located in a jurisdiction with stronger consumer protections than provided here, those protections apply. This includes but is not limited to:

• EU Users: GDPR rights and EU Consumer Rights Directive protections
• UK Users: UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 protections
• US Users: Applicable federal and state consumer protection laws
• Other Jurisdictions: Local consumer protection laws where they provide greater protection

Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claims, please contact us at contact.reazy@mindycode.dev to resolve disputes informally. We're committed to addressing concerns fairly and promptly.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these waitlist terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

Continued participation in the waitlist after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
